STUDIO SCANNER SYSTEM
Studio by Legacy Republic was an innovative system, combining portable photo album hardware with a mobile app that captured images at high quality and performed automatic enhancements for smart cropping and glare removal. I led the go-to-market strategy and execution, and created the operational safety processes and materials, resulting in over 3,000 album scans in Studio’s first year, with zero safety incidents.
CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Legacy University, an online certification program for our Studio technicians, consisted of modules of videos and quizzes.
CAMPAIGNS
Various campaigns for Studio, including an effort to provide highly discounted services to communities affected by Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Harvey. We helped over 500 families digitize their photo albums to protect their memories.
